ABOUT THE PUBLISHER & CEO

Shenetria Moore is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia, who has been residing in West Palm Beach, Florida, since 1992. As a United States Army Veteran, Shenetria values self-discipline and leads her life according to biblical principles. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Shenetria also received her Medical Specialist 300 - 91A10 diploma from the Academy of Health Science at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, where she was awarded an Army Commendation Award for her professionalism and high-quality work.

Actively involved in her community, Shenetria owns two businesses: She Holdings LLC, a marketing, advertising, and promotion company, and the nonprofit Shas Community Initiatives, Inc. Through her businesses, she has developed two niche products. The first focuses on the Veteran Community, offering platforms to educate the public about veterans' services, hosting symposiums and award programs, and addressing veterans' specific needs. Operating from the Treasure Coast to Broward County, and expanding to Dade County in 2025, this initiative provides 12-15 programs annually. Shenetria collaborates with VA hospital staff, approved vendors, and service providers to improve veterans' quality of life.

Her second niche product is the Project 12 Initiative, which highlights positive Black males in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. The mission of Project 12 is to inspire and empower young Black males to pursue their dreams and goals while fostering relationships between mentors and the next generation. Celebrating its eleventh anniversary in Palm Beach and sixth anniversary in Broward and Dade on February 1st, 2025, Project 12 has honored a total of 204 Black men to date.

Shenetria has received numerous awards for her outstanding community service, including Legacy’s Top 25 Most Influential and Prominent Black Women in Business and Industry, WPB Alumnae of Delta Sigma Theta Women of Excellence Humanitarian Award, PBC Medical Society Heroes in Medicine Community Outreach Award, Village Speaks Agent of Change Award, Spady Museum Veterans Award, City of Pahokee Veterans Day Recipient, Palm Beach County's Social Workers Public Citizen of the Year, the 2022 President Joe Biden Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and Medal, Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick District 20 Hometown Heroes Award 2023, and one of the six Women of Impact Nominees for Palm Beach County for the American Heart Association.

She serves as a corporate board member of the Thomas Leroy Jefferson Medical Society and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and the West Palm Beach Alumnae Chapter. Shenetria is a lover of laughter, step aerobics, and good movies.
